10. When the temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken to prevent the static ring of the mechanical seal from cracking.
11. Before driving, the pump should be filled with the liquid to be delivered (if the pump is sucking), close the outlet valve, and connect the power supply;
12. Turn on the power supply and check whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct;
13. Slowly open the outlet valve, adjust to the required performance point, and test run the unit for 5-10 minutes. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be put into operation;
14. When shutting down, close the outlet valve first, and then cut off the power supply;
15. Regularly check pumps and motors, and replace vulnerable parts;
16. When the pump is not in use for a long time, the internal flow passage of the pump should be clear and the power supply should be cut off.
17. Dry operation is strictly prohibited.
