A.Product Overview

ZX series self-priming centrifugal pump stand out the advantage of simple structure, stable working, long life.

It need not bottom valve in the pipeline, it just needs to have amount of liquid in pump for self-priming before starting pump. So it predigests pipeline system and improves working condition.

Capacity(flow rate): 5-800m³/h

Head :12-60m

Self priming height:4.5-6.0m

B.Application

1.It is used in environment protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry , pharmacy, printing , electric power and etc.

2.It can spray by turning water into little drop for farm, garden etc.

3.It is suitable for clear water, sea water and chemical medium with acid and alkali and mushy slurry (viscosity ≤100 centipois,

consistency for solid can not exceed 30% of total medium.

4.It can be used to transport slurry to compressor and filter with compressor and filter.

C.Work Conditions

The pump can work properly and continuously under following operational conditions:

1 .Medium is not corrosive. Sand contents should be max.0.10% by volume and granular size should be max.0.20mm.

2.Medium temperature shouldn’t be over 40"C and PH should be6.5-8.5.

3.Power frequency should be 50Hz,single phase voltage 220v,three- phase voltage 380V,and voltage fluctuation should be 0.9-1.1 times than the rated.

4.Filling full water into pumps before using in order to eject air,otherwise the pump is hard to work.
