1 Please ensure that the air supply source is clean, otherwise it will cause damage to the motor end of the pneumatic diaphragm pump.
2Tighten the bolts every week.
3 If there is no additional triple piece or oil mist, please add lubricating oil to the motor end at the air inlet every 250 hours of operation of the pump body. (It is recommended to use white special 3# lubricant)
4 For normal weak acid, weak base, and room temperature media, check the sealing ball, sealing seat, and diaphragm every six months, and change it according to the actual situation. Note: If the medium is strong acid or alkali, or the temperature exceeds 80 degrees, and the liquid contains sharp impurities, it is necessary to pre-check the wearing parts of the diaphragm pump every week.
5 On the premise that the air source is equipped with a filter device, check the motor end for impurities every six months and clean it in time.
